Kristus has over 13 years of experience leading global technology and consulting teams in high-growth sectors, launching award-winning consumer-facing products, mobile applications, and initiatives. Throughout her career, she’s partnered with organizations such as Moody's Analytics, Glanbia, USAID, Fannie Mae, the White House, USDOJ, the VA, PBS, and Costar Group (Apartments.com), among others. She holds a Master of Science in the Management of Information Technology degree from the University of Virginia where she graduated summa cum laude.

In addition to her work in technology, Kristus has successfully launched several businesses in her free time. Utilizing her years of expertise and visionary passion to help small business owners succeed is a mission she fully embraces.

When Ms. Ratliff is not brainstorming a new business idea, she can be found relaxing with her family, goofing around with her cats, knitting, and baking.
