Keynote Presenter
Kasia Hatcher, MA, ACC, RSASP
Executive Coach, Organizational Performance Strategist, AI Implementation Advisor, Speaker at the Trusted Edge
Kasia Hatcher helps women leaders make aligned decisions, build the right systems, and use AI to create businesses and organizations that grow with them, not on them. Kasia is a strategist, systems thinker, and leadership advisor who helps women build businesses and leadership practices that can grow without it costing them themselves.
She moved out on her own in New York City at sixteen, a start grounded in grit, faith, and a lasting curiosity about how people grow under pressure. Kasia spent 20+ years building strategy and systems in some of the world’s most complex environments — conflict zones, post-conflict countries, government agencies, helping leaders navigate change inside structures that weren’t built for them.
What does it really take to let go of doing it all?
Meet the women business owners sharing their experiences with hiring help, outsourcing, and building partnerships.
Hear what worked, what didn’t, and what they wish they’d handed off sooner.
