Numerical Values:
Your Sales Goal should be a dollar amount.
The Deadline is the number of months you have to reach your goal.
The Average Deal Size is a dollar amount. If you don’t know, choose an attainable number based on your offerings.
The Average Close Rate is calculated by dividing the quantity of sales leads won by the quantity of sales leads pursued. If you pursue 100 sales leads and win 20, your close rate is 20% or .20. If you don’t know your close rate, start with a conservative number. You can always adjust your calculations as you learn more.
